Where the service operates

Enerva is delivered entirely online and is available throughout mainland Spain and the Canary Islands. The Canary Islands get specific treatment (IGIC instead of VAT, and tariff time bands shifted relative to the mainland), which is why dedicated pages for the archipelago exist; it does not imply an establishment there. The address stated above is the owner's, and it is the only address for legal and tax purposes.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel Inc. (application) and Neon, Inc. (PostgreSQL database).

Intellectual property

Site content, brand and design are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks mentioned (e.g. Datadis, Stripe) belong to their respective owners.

Nature of the service

Enerva provides an electricity-contract audit and assisted-switch service. Enerva does NOT itself execute a tariff or retailer switch: the incoming retailer (or the current one, for a contract modification) legally executes it, using the explicit authorization you sign.
