About us
Enerva audits your electricity bill and tells you exactly where you overpay — even when the honest answer is "don't switch supplier, just lower your contracted power."
Why we exist
Most Spanish households overpay for electricity and have no easy way to know it. Comparison sites live off the switching commission, so they almost never tell you to stay put. We do: the audit is free, and when the cheapest move is not switching, we say so.
How it works
You scan the QR code the law mandates on every electricity bill — or connect your real hourly Datadis meter data — and we compute your audit from deterministic data, not estimates. Every recommendation links to the official CNMC comparator so you can run an independent market comparison.
Our rules, written into the code
- We never sell or share your data for marketing.
- Zero sales calls, ever. It's a condition you accept before any assisted switch.
- If we ever earn a retailer commission, you see it in €/kWh next to the recommendation. A commissioned recommendation without a third-party comparison is not shown — it's blocked in code.
- If the cheapest move is not switching supplier, we tell you that.
Where we operate
Enerva is an online service covering all of mainland Spain. The Canary Islands are our specialism: the archipelago has its own indirect tax (IGIC rather than VAT) and a shift in the tariff time bands, so we handle it explicitly and give it its own pages. The service operator is established in Granada, on the mainland; that is the address shown in the legal notice.
How you can check all of this
None of the above is a marketing promise: the offer ordering, the freshness rule and the block on commissioned recommendations are implemented in code. The full methodology is published.
